How to Fill India Post GDS Online Form 2026 - Step 1 (Registration): Candidate must register themselves on the official portal using a valid Mobile Number and Email ID.
- Step 2 (Fee Payment): After registration, candidates (except SC/ST/Female) need to pay the ₹100 fee.
- Step 3 (Apply Online): Fill in the educational details (10th Marks/Grades) and select the preferred Division.
- Step 4 (Upload Documents):
- Photo: 20KB to 50KB (JPG/JPEG)
- Signature: 10KB to 20KB (JPG/JPEG)
- Step 5 (Preview & Submit): Check all columns carefully before final submission. Take a printout of the final form for future reference.
